How many points can I get on my order?
A spend of Rs. 1 gets you 1 loyalty point. This means that the cart value of your order is equal to the number of points your account will receive after checkout.
What is the redemption value of the point?
100 points is equal to Rs. 1.
Can I earn any points for creating an account?
Yes! You can earn 50 points for just creating an account!
Can I earn any points by referring new customers?
Yes! You can earn 10 points for referring Pearlpet to new people.
How long will the loyalty points remain in my account?
The points will remain valid for up to 2 years.
What are the maximum and minimum number of points that can be used at checkout?
The maximum number of points you can avail on your order will correspond to 20% of your total order value. For example, if your order value is of Rs. 1000 then you can avail Rs. 200 or 20000 points worth of discount. There is no minimum number of points that can be used.
